Thermal Packaging Solutions

The development of a project begins with identifying the program objectives via a face to face meeting, conference calls, or even a video conference, and the timeline of this initial phase can vary with the complexity of the project. TPS will then submit a written proposal for the project.

Communication is an integral part of the program. For example: Regularly scheduled interactive contact is maintained to direct the project, update the customer, collaborate decisions and resolve any questions.

An environmental (thermal/humidity/pressure) project may be as simple as a report regarding protective packaging analysis for general/specific temperature sensitive products or as complex as a new package design requiring single or multiple tests for qualification/validation. If the later is the case, TPS can design your package for maximum protection and cost efficiency and monitor the testing program along with preparing all of the test documentation required by regulatory agencies.

Projects can also involve guiding suppliers to develop efficient packaging for temperature sensitive products, protective packaging market analysis, cold chain systems technical seminars and business plan development support in these areas. Each begins with similar initial communication and establishment of a proposal unless the client prefers having undefined budgeted access to TPS professional resources.

It should be noted that we are independent consultants and not a manufacturer. We only recommend supplier/vendors who can supply the most efficient products for your requirements.

While there may be a formal conclusion to the project, we will always be available to answer support questions. See a partial “list of customers” on this website that considers Thermal Packaging Solutions part of their ongoing team.
