1. Thermal Testing
Packages are exposed to various temperatures over a given cycle. Thermocouples are placed at appropriate positions near the product to accurately record their temperature.
2. Shock and Vibration
Vibration tables and/or drop testing machinery is used to simulate standard shipping condition regulations or other extreme transit conditions.
3. Package Validation Tests
A series of three thermal tests are performed under strictly monitored conditions. All equipment is certified and calibrated for each specific test.
